FTI offers our OEM partners on-site services from the basic on-call support to 24-7 level 1 & 2 response and support for both systems and process. This level of service isn't offered anywhere in the world.

Refurbishing, Reconditioning, & Process Calibration

For many of our partners we are the primary and recommended vendor to support their legacy equipment: we have access to all technical documentation and spare parts. This is a key element of FTI’s success. And when we are not a direct partner, we know where to find technical and application support around the world.

FTI offers complete refurbishment at our factory in the US or the Philippines.

FTI also offers reconditioning and process calibration of machines at our customer's facilities. This service is offered in the US, EU, and most countries in Asia.
